Shipping & Delivery

Most items ordered will arrive within 1-2 weeks up to 4 weeks. Please don't panic your ordered is shipped from global areas such as Taiwan, Russia, Turkey, Thailand, etc. Because we ship directly with our partners in these countries.

Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for support.

Exceptions and Restrictions

Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/PO Box

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available. There is no delivery on holidays. Warmly Lights can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.

Customs

You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
